Before starting a part-time job, you are aware that you must apply for a part-time work permit, right? 😀
The Form for Confirmation of Part-Time Work that must be submitted when applying for a part-time work permit has recently been updated!
If you submit with the previous form, there's a chance that your application might be rejected, so please make sure to check the information below!
VIVISA has summarized the form changes and the important points to note during completion for easy understanding. 😊
🧐 What is the Confirmation of Part-Time Work?

The Confirmation of Part-Time Work is one of the documents that must be submitted when international students (D-2 visa / D-4 visa) apply for a part-time work permit at the immigration office before starting a part-time job.
⚠️ Once a part-time work permit is obtained, international students are also entitled to the same worker rights, including weekly holiday allowance, severance pay, and four major insurances. So remember to apply!
Conversely, failing to apply for a part-time work permit and working part-time may negatively impact future visa extensions or changes.
