The sign-up process is easy, and volunteering hours accumulate automatically once you apply. You can also easily issue confirmation for volunteer certificates later.

✅ How to apply for volunteering?

The volunteer application process is simple.

Follow the steps below to apply easily. 💪

1️⃣ Access the 1365 website and log in

First, sign up and complete identity verification.

2️⃣ Click 'Volunteer Participation' menu

Click the 'Volunteer Participation' tab at the top of the home screen.

3️⃣ Select 'Individual Volunteer'

Choose between Time-Certified Volunteer or Activity-Certified Volunteer.

• Time-Certified Volunteer provides bonus points for F-2 visa application.

• Activity-Certified Volunteer can be used for resume writing as internal and external activities.

4️⃣ Set activity conditions and search

Select the desired conditions like region, field, type, institution to find activities.

5️⃣ Select a desired activity and click Apply

Choose the activity you want from the list and click the apply button to complete!

6️⃣ Select a date and finalize application

After selecting a date and applying, you can participate once approved by the institution.
