• Note: If the deadline is missed, you may be fined up to 1 million KRW.

• Visit reservation: You must make a reservation on Hi Korea and then visit the local office

• Reissue fee: Increased to 35,000 KRW from January 1, 2025 (IC chip included)

• Issuance period: Usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive the physical card after applying in person
